Team Belgium’s Björn Dereu, executed a prospection visit on a site of Haex NV. One of their sites is already secured by BauWatch, so he decided to attack other construction sites of Haex. Visited their site in Sterrebeek, which is part of a large project named Sterea (golf courses, hotel, etc.) Haex was already secured by Kooi. However, they were not satisfied so he found a chance to get in. They agreed to place 3 greenlights instead of the 2 UFO’s of Kooi. The site leaders of Haex are now also interested in a frame agreement. Haex also agreed on doing a testimonial video. 3 Greenlights, estimated value: +/-13K €. A great win against Kooi on an active site!
